Hi, I am Shweta Raj. I am a PhD scholar, joined CPDL lab in CBE department of IIT Patna in July 2024. My research focuses on myochemical extraction from edible mushrooms, which are useful for nerve growth, immunity boosters, antioxidants, anti-inflammatories and gut health properties. where I aim to identify the effective extraction methods for value-added chemicals and explore feasible post-harvesting techniques.
I’m passionate about badminton, creative pursuits, and animal welfare. Known for being approachable and helpful, I value meaningful connections and bring this collaborative spirit to everything I do.
